"FrontPage98 was an effective, full-featured Web authoring tool, but many complained that the program would invasively alter their HTML code. With FrontPage 2000 Microsoft has reigned in the program's penchant for arbitrarily changing HTML tags and using narrowly supported functions. In addition, FrontPage's Personal Web Server no longer installs itself without informing you of its actions. In fact, the server doesn't even ship with this version." People new to HTML and using this as their editor should learn about the quirks and way around those to have their sites not as lenient on IE being be the viewing browser.
